Attach a list of CE credits acquired since graduation with your initial application. On your list of CE credits include:

  • date(s) of attendance and hours

  • educational institution/ conference host

  • name of class or conference (in-person or online)

  • if it was not an approved CE experience, please give us a short writeup of how it enhanced your  osteopathic thinking.


By submitting your registration and answering “Yes” to the above question, you are certifying to REDOI that you have already obtained proof of having completed the required continuing education, and you are subject to audit of your CE points. If you are audited, you must submit proof of completion documentation for each course.  Failure to submit the required documentation may result in action against your right to use the EDO title.

Payment information:

  • The fee to register or maintain your EDO is USD 300.00 annually (for the 12-month period of January through December).

  • To register your canine designation requires an initial USD 150.00 for the first year (12-month period of January - December) which reduces to USD 50.00 yearly to maintain your canine certification with REDOI. 

  • Payment can be made through wire transfer, PayPal, or U.S. cheque. There is an additional 5% fee paid by the registrant for using PayPal or wire transfer. 

  • Any additional wire transfer or currency conversion fees will be paid by the registrant.

Our team will carefully review your submission and follow up with you within 7–10 business days. Please note that payments are not collected at this stage — fees will only be requested after your application has been reviewed and approved by REDOI.
